The sprint competition was located to Sognsvann in Oslo, it’s the most used area for hiking and recreation and a good place to show the sport in public.

Route length was 2.1km and best time 18 minutes and Kimmo Lethosaari was the fastes Nordic ARDF runner, and Redka Yehor in guest class with the best time.

Livelox track

80m competiton was a tast of Norwegian terrain, tough running up and down, few tracks to follow. Just 3.7 km in direct distance between the controls in optimal route, however climbing over trees and through the bush was a challenge for all runners.

Joakim Tosteberg was the fastes runner sing 49 minutes and became the Nordic ARDF Champion on 80m in 2024.

Last competition on 2m was located in Lillomarka, a little tricky for 2m with some hills covering the signal particullary from control 3. Never the less best time of 49 minutes and a optimal line of sight distance of 4.2km of Joakim Tosteberg gave him the titel of Nordic ARDF Champion on 2m.
